Updated Partner Tiers
We've restructured our partner program into four clear tiers — Starter, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with transparent volume thresholds and discount rates. The new structure is designed to reward growth and make it easier for partners to plan their economics.
- Starter: 5% discount, email support, 500 RPM
- Silver: 10% discount, priority email support, 2,000 RPM
- Gold: 20% discount, dedicated account manager, 5,000 RPM
- Platinum: 30% discount, 24/7 dedicated support, unlimited RPM, custom SLA
Regional Expansion
TideAPI now actively supports partners in 15 markets across Southeast Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, Latin America, and Africa. We've established local compliance gateways in Singapore, Tokyo, and Dubai, with additional nodes planned for São Paulo and Mumbai by Q3 2026.
Co-Marketing Program
Gold and Platinum partners now have access to our co-marketing fund. This includes joint webinar sponsorship, case study production, and localized marketing materials. We've also launched a partner certification program — certified partners receive a TideAPI badge and priority listing in our partner directory.

The AI model landscape in China continues to evolve rapidly, with new model releases nearly every week. TideAPI's role is to curate the best models, handle the operational complexity of multi-provider management, and ensure our partners always have access to the latest capabilities at competitive prices.
